I am an experienced and creative change manager in health and social care.

I have led health and social care service improvement programmes and reprovision projects in London at whole service, local borough and regional levels.

 

My main background is mental health and dementia with a track record of delivering cost and quality improvement.

Many of the service improvments I have designed have involved multiple agency inputs to create integrated provision
